My name is Kim, and my path to becoming a Musculupat\u00ae has been a little different than most. I originally trained as a chef and have worked for more than 20 years in a profession where the body is used hard, and where stress and pace are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, sport has always played a big part in my life \u2013 and it has given me an understanding of both the joy of using the body, but also the challenges when it does not function as you want.<\/p>\n

It was precisely these experiences that sparked my interest in treatment and led me to the training as a Musculupat\u00ae.<\/p>\n

What is a Musculupat\u00ae?<\/strong>
\nA Musculupat\u00ae is a specialist in the body's musculoskeletal system - that is, muscles, joints, tendons and everything that makes us function in everyday life. I work with a holistic approach, where I combine:<\/p>\n

  • Western medicine \u2013 anatomy, physiology and the understanding of the body's functions.<\/li>\n
  • Traditional Chinese medicine \u2013 acupuncture, meridian theory and energy flow.<\/li>\n
  • Manual techniques \u2013 mobilization, release of tension and balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
