I am a graduate of AM Massage School with the title of medically certified physiotherapy and sports massage therapist (physiotherapy, connective tissue and sports massage) and registered alternative therapist (RAB). I have also taken courses in, among other things, trigger point massage, special educational and children's massage, cupping, Gua Sha and sports acupuncture.<\/p>\n

My massage is deep and with good pressure \u2013 but always adapted to the individual client, and I also offer a gentle and effective treatment if that suits you better.<\/p>\n

Calmness and presence are the core of the massage I offer. Everyday life is often long and fast, and in the midst of it most of us miss calmness and presence. Stress off, fall down, and find your core again \u2013 that is my focus. Massage is important for everyone: it releases the hormone oxytocin, which reduces stress, and it increases concentration and gives a better feeling for your body.<\/p>\n

I am a trained school teacher and have worked in special education. In addition, I have many years of experience from the healthcare industry and close contact with several of the leading nursing and medical societies.<\/p>\n
