I AM A GRADUATE FROM AM MASSAGE SCHOOL WITH THE TITLE OF PHYSIURGICALLY EXAMINED AND SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST (PHYSIURGICAL, CONNECTIVE TISSUE AND SPORTS MASSAGE) AS WELL AS A REGISTERED ALTERNATIVE THERAPIST (RAB). I ALSO PRACTICE CUPPING, GUA SHA, HOTSTONE AND SPORTS ACUPUNCTURE.<\/p>\n

My massage is deep and with good pressure. But it is assessed based on the individual client and I can also do a very gentle, effective treatment.<\/p>\n

Calmness and presence are the center of the massage I offer. The often long and fast days have become everyday life, and in the midst of this we miss calmness and presence. Stress off, fall down and find the core again. That is my focal point in the massage I give. The massage always ends with rest. Massage is important for everyone, it releases the hormone oxytocin which reduces stress. Massage helps to increase concentration and gives a better feeling for one's body.<\/p>\n

I am a medically qualified masseur with a diploma, and have taken several courses in, among other things, Trigger Point Massage, Special Educational and Children's Massage, Cupping and Gua Sha, and Sports Acupuncture.<\/p>\n

I am a trained school teacher and have worked with special education. In addition, I have good experience from the healthcare industry and have close contact with many of the leading nursing and medical societies.<\/p>\n
