JAN NORDKVIST
I am a graduate of AM Massage School with the title of medically certified physiotherapy and sports massage therapist (physiotherapy, connective tissue and sports massage) and registered alternative therapist (RAB). I have also taken courses in, among other things, trigger point massage, special educational and children's massage, cupping, Gua Sha and sports acupuncture.
My massage is deep and with good pressure – but always adapted to the individual client, and I also offer a gentle and effective treatment if that suits you better.
Calmness and presence are the core of the massage I offer. Everyday life is often long and fast, and in the midst of it most of us miss calmness and presence. Stress off, fall down, and find your core again – that is my focus. Massage is important for everyone: it releases the hormone oxytocin, which reduces stress, and it increases concentration and gives a better feeling for your body.
I am a trained school teacher and have worked in special education. In addition, I have many years of experience from the healthcare industry and close contact with several of the leading nursing and medical societies.
