Full body massage

For the benefit and well-being of all ages.

Here we get – via what is called physiologic massage – around the body's muscle groups, the origins and attachments of the muscles. Daily experience with this form of massage means that we both work in depth with the muscles, and get an impression of the condition of the muscles. The muscles are worked through and any injuries are improved.

To reach all muscle groups, we use a number of different techniques, but we always make sure to adapt the physiotherapy massage to the individual client. The massage form both relaxes and calms, while improving blood flow and excreting waste products. Therefore, we end with a few minutes of peace and contemplation, followed by a glass of quality elderflower juice, as subsequent fluid intake is important.

Massage can also be used to prevent injuries, relieve muscular problems and, not least, provide increased body awareness.

Everyone can receive a good deep physiotherapy massage, as long as it is adapted to the individual client. This applies regardless of whether the client is a child or approaching 90 or 100 years of age. It is one of the clinic's specialties to adapt the massage to your age, so that the greatest possible result, prevention and well-being is achieved.
