Example of a 30-minute massage: Back, Neck or Leg Massage

Back:

If you have back pain, you are hardly alone in this problem, as it affects approximately one in three Danes in the course of a month. Often the cause is weak muscles or poor posture. Many can cope with back pain with over-the-counter medication – but massage and instruction in good light back exercises is a far better solution.

Physical work, such as heavy lifting, repeated twisting of the body, or the complete opposite, very sedentary work, can cause you to get back problems. The worst advice is to lie down and wait for it to pass. Our experience shows that it is far better to go to work and stay active, even if your back hurts.

Often it is a combination of several things that cause the pain, but we have the experience of massaging the "pain away" and at the same time showing you some easy exercises that can prevent it.

Neck:

You probably know the feeling of having a completely stiff neck. You can't turn your head and your arms can barely reach above your ears. This problem is very familiar among all age groups. From "iPad neck" to office shoulders. It's called differently, but it hurts just as much.

We can help with relief and relaxation. Get those shoulders down and give your neck peace and mobility. The massage helps with quick relief and prevents the pain from returning.

Leg:

If you run a lot, or your legs are sore, stiff and tired, massage is also a great way to relax them. Through light stretches, deep massage and controlled movements, we get your legs under control.
