Well-being and relaxation

What happens after a treatment?

Most people experience well-being, relaxation and great freedom in breathing. Your body's stored resources will be enhanced, and you will often have a feeling of lightness in your body.

Your body continues to work on cleansing and balancing, which is why fatigue and slight soreness may occur. This is quite natural and a sign that your body has accepted the treatment. "Old" feelings and events may come to the surface and you may feel more vulnerable. This is a process that the body goes through to achieve balance.

If you have suppressed pain for a long time, you may also experience more pain right after a treatment. This is because you have not previously had contact with this part of your body and it has not been made aware of it.

It is important that you drink plenty of water. This supports the body's cleansing, which is activated during the treatment and reduces any discomfort. When waste products are released in the body, they enter the blood, which can cause nausea and dizziness shortly after the treatment. Use your body appropriately by giving yourself what you need. Rest, warmth, security and crying.
