Back & Bone Training

Back & Bone Training

As a new feature, we have Saturday training at the clinic.

We now offer Body & Bone training classes, which are intensive chair-based training sessions that focus on connective tissue stretching, joint stabilization, strength, and grounding.

It's every Saturday at 9 a.m., at the Health & Sports Clinic at Ulrikkenborg Plads 10E, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby and lasts 45 minutes.

It costs 200 DKK per session and you can book an appointment by calling Eve on tel. 20 20 01 80
