Here are some tips for good posture:

  • Make sure your chair is adjusted correctly. Your feet should be able to reach the floor and your knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle. Your shoulders should be relaxed and your neck should be straight.
  • Make sure your screen is at the right height. It should be at eye level so you don't have to bend your head up or down.
  • Make sure your keyboard and mouse are placed in an ergonomic position. Your keyboard should be shoulder-width away from your body and your mouse should be in a natural position for your hand.
  • Take regular breaks from your computer. Get up and move around every 20-30 minutes. This will help prevent muscle tension and pain.

By following these tips, you can help yourself prevent injuries and pain, and you can also make it easier for you to work efficiently.
